- 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

- 1 ½ cups provolone cheese, shredded

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat. Add onion and bell peppers; cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked beef mixture with sliced potatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half the mixture in the baking dish; sprinkle half of the cheese on top. Layer remaining mixture followed by rest of cheese.
