  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until they become crispy and golden brown. Remove the bacon, allowing it to cool, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until it is fully cooked and no longer pink. Stir occasionally, ensuring it cooks evenly.
  • Add the minced garlic to the beef and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the marinara sauce, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes to meld the flavors together.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
